Hello, I made the 2nd order which was ok, this time, they moved quickly and also sent the order very quickly, I received it in almost 2 weeks, which is super fine. For the first order, the waiting time was about 2 months, which disappointed me very much, and the order was sent only after I sent them a message, and the bonus promised for that order never came... tried again to order from them, this time it was ok... (anyway, any bonus was not included in the order...). Overall, I give this order 5 stars. I will probably make more orders as soon as possible... Thank you!

No refunds allowed, broke after 2 weeks

I bought this product to discover that it is shipped from China so it does take a while to arrive. Then it stopped working, but would turn on randomly in the middle of the night (very fun to wake up to). Oclean confirmed that this was a 'known issue' and after a LOT of back and forth (they even asked me to record a video of the toothbrush 'not working' and send it to them) they eventually gave me a replacement, but it was a different model and color than what I had originally ordered. I asked if I could have the product I actually bought as a replacement, and they told me the color 'won't affect the use' so it is basically just as good. They never asked for the original back, meaning they produce junk and just replace it with more junk when it breaks. Very disappointed.

The toothbrush bristles DO NOT MOVE

The toothbrush bristles DO NOT MOVE. Do not buy this terrible terrible product that is more complex than a manual toothbrush but in effect IS A MANUAL TOOTHBRUSH because the brushed is so UNDERPOWERED the toothbrush cannot possibly do a better job than a manual toothbrush that you actually move around. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
