Setting up a "Make an Offer" feature can be a bit tricky depending on your store's theme, but their customer support is hands-down some of the best I’ve ever encountered. They actually jumped on a quick call with me to help iron out the initial setup and make sure everything looked perfect on my site. The app itself works flawlessly. The automation rules are a massive timesaver—being able to set automatic limits for declines and counters means I don’t have to spend my whole day manually responding to lowball offers.
