Great Customer Service and Beautiful Product
Tiana Floan made the entire ordering process a great experience. She helped me set up a tax-exempt account and clearly explained the different payment options. There was quite a bit of back and forth on my end throughout the ordering process, but Tiana maintained a positive, professional attitude during all of our email exchanges. She was always quick to respond and did an excellent job following up with me every step of the way, which I truly appreciated. The name tags I ordered arrived beautifully made and were excellent quality. My only minor concern was the packaging. The sticker holding everything together had come loose during shipping, so some of the name tags were scattered inside the box. Thankfully, none of them were damaged, and I understand that's always a possibility during transit. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be ordering again in the future. Tiana's outstanding customer service really stood out and made the entire process enjoyable.

Resigning an entire hospital
The company is very easy to work with. The turn around time is fairly quick. I have had ZERO complaints about the product at all. I do wish we could work with one person vs. whoever gets the ticket. I have a project that has multiple orders and I've worked with 4 people so far. Also, the plastic protective covering on the clear inserts, it would be awesome if it could be standard practice to start a corner for us. :) It takes forever to get that stuff off. We had one order that someone did that and they are now heros in our eyes.
