Leon and Kassie has made getting my ESA letter nothing short of amazing and understanding. Within 3 hours of reaching out, I was able to get my letter for housing. Those two were nothing but kind and were so genuine with providing help. Couldn’t recommend more!!
I’ve had an outstanding experience with Official Pets, and I especially want to thank Dr. Leon and his team. They are incredibly knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely committed to helping their clients. From the very beginning they guided me through the process with clarity and confidence. Every step of the way, Dr. Leon and his team have been patient, reassuring, and extremely helpful. They explain things in a way that makes you feel completely informed, comfortable, and supported. It’s rare to find a service where the expertise is matched with such kindness and genuine care, but Official Pets delivers exactly that! What impressed me most is how they consistently go above and beyond. Their responsiveness, thoroughness, and professionalism truly exceeded my expectations. I always felt like I was in trustworthy, capable hands. If you’re looking for a service that is honest, expert, and exceptionally supportive, Official Pets are absolutely the right choice. Highly recommended!
I've dealt with this company now for three years and they never cease to amaze me! The process is undeniably the best around. They truly care about you and your furry friend. They are friendly, compassionate and make the process very easy and not overwhelming. I'll always swear by this company and I hope you give them a shot because you won't be disappointed! They are the best at what they do !
I want to express my sincerest gratitude to Official Pets. Being able to have my ESA with me at all times has been life changing. Leon and Kassie listened to my story and made the process as seamless, easy and quick as possible. Please know that these people genuinely care about the wellbeing of others and have put together an amazing team!
Leon is great to work with - very professional and efficient!
I reached out to obtain an ESA letter for my property management company since my old letter was expired. Official Peta called me almost immediately and provided the letter in the same hour! Saved me so much stress and money because of the pet deposit being removed from my security deposit. They were very understanding and helpful. I will only be doing business with them from here on out. Strongly recommend!!!
Official Pets is my go to store for all my furry friend's needs! The quality of their products from toys to nutritional supplements is consistently excellent
Official Pets were super helpful and quick! I will recommend (and have already) them to ANYONE who want to have their beautiful pets be a service animal.. THANK YOU SO MUCH from Craig 🐶 and I! 🙏🏼
This is my second year in a row using Official Pets! On both occasions I’ve had the pleasure of working with Leon. After my first debrief with Leon, I was given the motivation to invest in bettering my mental health & this time around as well. They truly care about the well-being of clients and aren’t a money grab company like most others that give ESA letters. It’s an amazing price for the great assistance you receive and having a turnaround time of less than 24 hours. They are a small business with employees that truly advocate for mental health!
I received a phone call quickly from Gabby. She was very kind and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this service for your ESA needs.
I am very grateful for the service! It was very quick and perfect! I’ll recommend you for my friends too!
Leon has been taking care of me and my pup for the last 3 years. He is the best in the business, and we are lucky to have found him! Leon and his staff go above and beyond for their client. The most kind, sincere, and respectable team always! Look no further for your fur babies' ESA needs!

100% will recommend Leon and his team of professionals to anyone interested in ESA. I greatly appreciate them for their patience and support. If you have any questions, they respond to you so fast with answers and assistance. I was recommended by a work friend and I’m so happy with the results.
I was a little nervous with how this process would work. I received a call immediately and was guided through the whole process. I am so grateful services and people like this exist. Leon and Kassie were so wonderful to work with.
I had a wonderful experience registering my dog as an Emotional Support Animal with Official Pets. The entire process was so simple and hassle-free, which was a huge relief. The website is user-friendly and the communication was excellent. They made what I thought would be a complicated process feel effortless. I'm so grateful for their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to register their ESA.
Theresa was so helpful. I really felt heard. She was very patient and addressed all of concerns. I wish I could have her as a routine therapist. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
WOW!!!! Where do I start.... There is Not enough room to express about Official Pets 🐕. This company is absolutely mind- blowing. Leon Melnitsky and Anastasiia are so compassionate, understanding, and very humble though the company is very professional but their spirit is light. Their main goal is to make their clients heard and understood. I been with Official Pets company for 2 years and with God's will 22 more!!!!! The letters they write are soooo concise and precise. The articulation used is vastly satisfying and impressive. I could go on and on about the company. My dog 🐕 and I have found our home away from home. Thank you immensely for making the happiest dog mom 🐶 on earth. I would indeed recommend Official Pets to my family, friends and co-workers my opinion " Satisfaction guaranteed "!!!! Don't hesitate participate 😁 Thank you kindly, Leon Melnitsky and Anastasiia for your professionalism, time and diligent efforts....
