Your payment cleared July 18, we responded to your email on July 19 the same day you reached out, and your order shipped July 20 with USPS tracking provided. You also locked in $5 in instant savings and earned 1,200 Reward Points valued at $20 as perks for choosing ACH. We communicated every step of the way and fulfilled your order as promised. On your update, we want to address the new claims directly. Our records show one message from you, sent July 19, which we responded to that same day. We have no record of four messages over 45 days, and that timeframe doesn’t align with your order date of July 13 either. As for the shipping delay you describe, we handed your package to USPS on July 20 as part of our normal end of day drop off. USPS didn’t log an individual scan until July 21, a delay on their end after the package had already left our facility.
