I have yet receive any type of customer service or assistance about inaccuracies with this platforms onboarding and off-boarding of song releases and it's going over a month now
I believe there must have been an issue with the uploading process. I emailed to have this issue looked at and it was resolved within the hour and I was contacted rather quickly. So far this service has not let me down and the customer support team are very attentive

spam spam spam you waste you're time ad money
I would shop around before I commit to this company. There are many distribution companies that do the same thing and have way better customer service. I was not able to distribute my project with no real explanation on why. I was sent a generic message and I was unable to reach a person for clarity on why my service was denied.
Company is too strict about artwork and artist names. I got rejected multiple times. Their customer service wouldn’t help me, I just had to keep changing things and resubmitting, and waiting.
I’ve been with OFFstep for 10 months now, and overall I’ve had a very positive experience. Their support team gets back to you with answers, which I appreciate because it shows they’re responsive and willing to help. Otherwise, you can find directions via their resources pages. I also really value their strict approach to originality in cover designs and their attention to title casing so it matches the cover design and metadata. That kind of consistency makes a big difference in presenting releases professionally. Overall, OFFstep has been reliable, helpful, and detail-oriented. I’m happy to recommend them.
