Dear Cortney,
Thank you for your review.
We're so excited to know that you love the item. Once printed on the textured surface of the canvas weave may appear slightly hazy. Hope that you will support us more in the future and have a great evening!

The product I ordered was a gift for my best friend and her husband. The entire process was very simple, and the updates were as stated. The best part is they called with tears of happiness at what they received, and it was true to the item description on the website.

The communication regarding the address being sent to. The frame and picture is beautiful. My sister loved it.
Their printing and frame is very professional.
I definitely recommend a loving memorial picture and any prints I recommend their entire package with frame. Worth the price. Not expensive as other businesses. This business cares more about customers than money.
Thank you for your professionalism and kindness.

I'LL ORDER AGAIN: Custom Made and Great Customer Focused team
I definitely a great customer experience. Especially because I saw an ad for one of their products and began communicating with their customer service via email to see if they could make a change to the product. The product had song lyrics on it and because I was having this made for an actual Global Internationally Known Music Artist named Nyasia, I wanted it to have the list of all her songs she has done in her career. They were quick to respond and they kept in touch with me through the process. And I was emailing regularly! Lol! I just wanted it to be perfect and so did they. I gave the masterpiece to Nyasia on New Year's Eve. It was beautiful and she loved it. It is the backdrop on her wall as she airs for her podcast UnDeNyable. Thank you to the Oh Canvas Team for making my vision come true.
