Amazing customer service! I ordered a framed canvas print in honor of my heart dog’s passing. My BIG B crossed the Rainbow Bridge March 7th, 2025. I haven’t felt the same since. When I saw the saying of “The Moment That You Left Me” print it hit home deeply. As if it was written just for him & I. I had several questions regarding detailed personalization. Again amazing, caring customer service. The canvas came out BEAUTIFULLY! The only reason I gave it four stars is I thought I ordered it in a brown frame. It came in a black one. No where could I locate on my ORIGINAL invoice what color frame I had ordered. Just that it was framed. Oh well it’s still AMAZINGLY PERFECT!!! Rest easy BIG B……

Ordered as a last minute gift. Was pleasantly surprised that it arrived on time. When I emailed customer service about my concerns that it might not arrive on time they responded expeditiously. Item arrived and it was just perfect. Highly recommend.

I ordered something special for my niece and nephew because my sister (their mom) had just passed away. I ordered both of them a canvas both same size both framed, both Canvas arrived in a timely manner but one Canvas came with a frame like I had ordered and one came without the frame I immediately sent a email no response so I called and of course these days you can't get through to any companies so I got a text saying sorry missed your call and gsve me the email address and of course it said dont respond to this text. I paid the same amount for both Canvas the framed one was more so I paid the same for one framed and one not. This happened right before Christmas as this was a Christmas Present. It's January 7, 2026 and Noone has contacted me on this matter at all. So therefore I woukd not recommend this company.

Perfect gift for comfort for loss of pet
My son and daughter in law’s beloved pet died December 13th. It was late on December 19th when I was scanning the internet trying to find something comforting for them and I came across Oh Canvas “Waiting at the Door” and it was exactly what I needed. I placed the order for the 11x14 knowing it would not arrive by Christmas but much to my surprise and delight it was delivered on the 23rd. When they opened it and saw Nova’s picture they loved it!
I am glad I opted for the 11x14 instead of the 8x10 and was very pleased with it along with the super fast shipment. I have already shared this with family and friends and highly recommend Oh Canvas
