I saw pics and videos of the finished product. It shows the canvas wrapped totally around the frame with an inner frame holding it in place. Mine is not that way. However, it is better than the one I ordered from another company that I totally had to redo myself it was so badly framed.

Dear Paul Obryan Jr, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re truly glad to hear that you loved the canvas, but we sincerely apologize for the disappointment caused by the delayed delivery. We completely understand how important this order was, especially as it was meant to celebrate both your wife’s birthday on December 24th and Christmas. We’re very sorry that it did not arrive in time as expected. The delay occurred due to the holiday peak season, during which shipping carriers experienced an unusually high volume of orders. Your experience matters greatly to us, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy time of year. Thank you again for your honest feedback. If there is anything we can do to assist you further, please don’t hesitate to let us know, we’re always here to help. Warm regards, Ohcanvas Team
