I installed the cylindrical battery pack on my Lexus RX450H. During the installation, I had some questions, and the technician answered them precisely within 5 minutes (despite the time difference). Thank you to the whole team.
I purchased the cylindrical-cell battery kit for my 2009 Toyota Prius Gen 3. Before ordering, I asked the seller to provide modules from the same production batch and to ensure they were carefully matched and balanced. They responded quickly, confirmed my request, and even included a detailed factory test report showing the voltage and internal resistance of each module. The battery was manufactured in March and shipped from China in early April. After international shipping and additional storage before installation, I checked every module myself and found them all still perfectly matched, with virtually identical voltages. That gave me confidence that the cells had very low self-discharge and excellent consistency. Installation was straightforward. The instructions were clear enough, and the wiring harness was designed so that incorrect assembly was practically impossible. After installation, the improvement was immediately noticeable. The hybrid battery now charges and discharges much more smoothly than my original battery, which had become heavily degraded after many years of service. Fuel economy has improved significantly, the hybrid system behaves much more consistently, and the car is once again pleasant to drive. My Prius had been displaying the "Check Hybrid System" warning intermittently for about two years, and continuously during the last few weeks before the replacement. After installing this battery, the warning disappeared by itself after about 30 km of driving and has not returned. Of course, I cannot comment on long-term durability yet, since the battery has only recently been installed. However, based on the quality of the communication, the excellent matching of the modules, the manufacturing quality, and the vehicle's performance so far, I am very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend both the product and the seller. Thank you very much Okacc!
I had concerns about ordering a battery from the other side of the world for my 2008 GS450h. After researching on hybrid car forums, I came across very positive reviews about Okacc. I can confirm that the communication, quality of service, and the battery I received all met my expectations. Everything is perfect. After testing the new battery in my car under various conditions, I can confirm that the quality is there. I highly recommend OkaCC and won't hesitate to work with them again.

Absolutely delighted by my experience with Okacc, Purchased a new battery for my old Prius Gen 3. From the very start, dealing with Mary Lee makes you feel you’re in good hands. No surprise, shipment took even a little less time than expected (between 1-2 months, but worth the wait) : Following installation, the car worked like new. Highly recommended !
I ordered a replacement battery pack for my 2nd-Gen Prius from OKACC Hybrid Batteries, and everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Mary Lee kept me updated at every step, from shipping to delivery. Even with a short delay caused by the typhoon in Shenzhen, communication was clear and reassuring throughout. The package arrived this morning, perfectly packed in two solid boxes. Everything looks great — the cells are well balanced and ready to install. When installed, i checked the readings with the Dr Prius app: the voltage difference between blocks is only 0.05 V - great ! What impressed me most was the professionalism and responsiveness of the team. They clearly know their products and care about their customers - which is quite rare nowadays. A very positive experience overall. I can recommend OKACC without hesitation to anyone looking for a reliable Prius battery replacement.

Although there were many transportation problems(strikes,Christmas days..) they always kept me informed about the status and the future of my order. My technisian was satisfied about thethe package and the quality of the set. The person that always was intouch with me was Marry Lee. Incredible kind and always on time to explain and help. I highly recomment this company and i will buy from them my next battery set.
I was left with a great impression of the relationship with the seller and the constant updates. Even before I completed the order, the explanations and requirements for the product were explained to the last detail. Production and delivery were on time. Although there were problems as a result of carrier strikes, the seller immediately responded and engaged another carrier company. The products were packed perfectly. I immediately checked them and they corresponded to what was agreed upon with the order. Incredibly fair seller. I would use their services again. I highly recommend.
