Great company and fast and efficient service. The only comment I would like to make is that the refills don't seem to have as much of the product in as they used to.

Ok always respond immediately the only problem I have is with the couriers parcels seem to get lost in the system for a couple of days sometimes
Thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry to hear your order took longer than usual to arrive. We are reliant on external postal services to have the orders delivered safely and efficiently, but occasionally they can let us down. We do offer alternative, quicker delivery options for a low cost, which can be selected on the basket or checkout page. Can’t rate this company highly enough. Have had many orders, every one has been fantastic. I am 10 months free of tobacco now. I had been a smoker for 46 years. I have not suffered one day. I chose to quit smoking because I was diagnosed with Asthma and COPD. My age was 58. My lung age was an extraordinary 86 years. Scared me. So now it’s Ok Vape. 10/10
