I ordered organic sesame oil. Quality was very good for my purposes and price was cheaper than anywhere else. However, shipping was slow and lasted about three weeks.

Good Quality Pure Sesame Oil

I got 5l of pure sesame oil for EUR 30 + EUR 7 shipping. This is a good deal compared to others online and the oil is very good quality, dark and rich. It is food-grade. Once you place the order, track the shipping on their website (they do not send notifications for pickup). I highly recommend the company, will buy again (they are based in Spain). Thank you!

I've just ordered from this Company , hoping everything goes ok after reading such negativity on here fgs UPDATE got my order today 7/5 26 ,YEAH YOU GUESSED IT i was ripped off bloody vegetable oil ,I blame myself for not looking at the reviews beforehand !!!

No recognition of Consumer Rights

Ordered oils. 20 days later not delivered. 30 days later requested refund They assured me I would get refund. 37 days later enquired as to whereabouts of refund and was told upon review I should just be patient and wait for my products.Reporting to CCPC and will follow by complaint to ECC-Net and I’ll file an ODR because this company needs to be investigated and the more complaints, the more likely this will happen so if anyone else experienced non compliant consumer rights treatment, I suggest you do the same.

Beware of this SCAM Company!

The worst experiences ever buying oils in bulk and got The wrong oils, even got one which labeled papaya oil on side and coconut oil on other side. Compensation was never an option, COMPLETE SCAM!

Following my previous review: I have now formally reported this case to my bank (chargeback), to Stripe, and to the domain registrar, and I am in the process of submitting complaints to consumer protection and cybercrime authorities. Despite this ongoing dispute, I continue to receive marketing emails with discount codes, encouraging me to place new orders. This is frankly astonishing — do they seriously expect customers to forget unresolved issues and purchase again? For transparency: my payment was processed by Ferber Enterprises USA LLC, a company not disclosed during checkout. This raises further concerns about how this business operates and how transactions are handled behind the scenes. At this point, the combination of: incorrect goods delivered, refusal to provide a proper refund, lack of transparency regarding the payment entity, and continued marketing during an active dispute does not inspire confidence. If you are experiencing a similar situation, I strongly recommend contacting your bank, reporting the transaction to Stripe, and filing complaints with relevant authorities rather than engaging further with the seller.

Total scammers

Total scammers! My wife bought $500 worth of “essential” oils (rosemary, lavender, etc.) from them, which turned out to all look and smell the same (although one or two smelled more rancid than the others) of basically sunflower oil. Poor quality sunflower oil that you wouldn’t even want to cook with. It came in clear plastic bottles (total no no for essential oils). When product composition sheets were requested, they actually sent a weird 11 page supposed analysis… of rosewood oil (which my wife had not ordered or bought). But even worse, the tested substance consisted of 99.97% of sunflower oil and only 0.03% of rosewood oil. Utterly incompetent scammers and very embarrassing to fall victim to! Avoid at all cost!

They are scammers selling fake oil. Avoid.

I bought avocado and coconut oils from them, but both tasted oddly bitter and looked green, as if they were trying to imitate olive oil. The ingredients listed sunflower seed oil, which I was specifically trying to avoid. Coconut oil was liquid even at outside temperature when it should be solid. They refused refunds and only offered coupons, which are useless if the products aren't genuine. Legally, online purchases should have a two-week cooling-off period with refunds, but that wasn't honored. My credit card company sorted it all out for me.

Scam

misleading advertising. I purchased Neem seed oil, but upon receiving the product, I discovered it is mixed with sunflower oil. Furthermore, the label does not indicate the mixing ratio. On their website, they market these as specific seed oils, yet they never disclose that they are blended with sunflower oil, nor do they specify the percentages. I believe this constitutes misleading advertising. I contacted customer support and xxxx xxxx (Senior Relationship Manager) told me not to worry, promising either a full refund or a replacement with a higher concentration. I have an extensive email thread spanning over three months proving these commitments. However, neither the refund nor the replacement has arrived. I am still waiting. I believe this company is a scam and is actively deceiving its customers.

Where to start..a hoax and a scam. A company selling rancid vegetable oil made of god knows what...it smells and tastes like Castor oil and hence to take it orally would probably kill you! I ordered two oils - Jojoba and Sea Buckthorn..immediately after ordering I got an email saying, your order is being processed and if you buy in the next 20 mins you will get 20% off..so I foolishly did. I ordered Frankincense, Lavender and Rosemary. I received my orders yesterday and they are all exactly same colour and taste rancid!! I would put in a fuel tank before applying it to my body or adding in a product. I was that the last three were essential oils. I did think that the price at 40 usd for a Litre was cheap but I thought why not..they are selling in bulk and can have reduced margins. However, they send you cheap cooking oil and pretend to send you what you want. Just a joke of an entity. The people working there probably are clueless but the owners are not. They should not be allowed to continue but like me there will be others who are scammed. Buy from a reputable entity and check the reviews. If I had, then I would have not been scammed!!

Very dissatisfied customer review

On January 12, 2026, I ordered a 5-liter oil from your webshop and paid for it in advance by bank card. More than a month has passed, but the parcel still hasn’t been dispatched, so I haven’t received it. When I asked customer service when I would finally receive my order, after two weeks of waiting they only resent the shipping tracking number, saying I could see there when I would get the parcel (even though, to this day, it has still not been shipped). I am very upset and I am requesting a full refund. I am withdrawing from the purchase (which I have also already stated to customer service).

Par ailleurs, l Oleaia est radie de RNE (Bordeaux 2024). Ils ne respectent pas le droit de retractation - delai de retractation dans un vente a distance, pour les ventes en ligne, comme dans mon cas. Cela n existe pas pour eux meme si c est un loi en France. Ils refusent de rembourser, meme si l article leur a ete retourne. En bref, il s agit d une societe fictive cree pour se faire passer pour une enterprise familiale et soutirer de l argent aux gens.Derriere Oleaia se cache Ferber Enterprise, coordinateur de cette escouqerie. Oleaia is just a BIG SCAM. They sell here in France, saying they are a family business, it i s a lie. Nobody knows where their oil comes from, it looks like from Madagascar, because the oil is delivered by company Ferber Enterprises (they are behind Oleaia) whose activity in Madagascar includes production of oils but in the field of mechanics, not for human consumption. None of these companies (Oleaia, Ferber Enterprises) is allowed to sell edible oils, because that is not what they are registered for, beside, Olealia was removed from register, here in France, in Bordeaux 2024. They do not respect the right of withdrawal (droit de retractation - delai de retractation dans une vente a distance) in sale on internet, like in my case. This does not exist for them even though it is a law in France. They simply refuse to reimbourse even as the item went back to them. In short, it is a bogus company, created to play a role of family business and to take money from people, behind is Ferber Enterprise, as a coordinator of this scam.
