Scam/Fraud - Follow up

Follow up to my review dated Dec 23, 2025 : Oleaia didn't meet my fair deadline, so I reported this scam company to my bank, submitted proof and they initiated a charge back procedure via credit card provider. This was executed in a timely fashion and I have been re-credited the ill-charged funds in full to my card - BASTA.

Scam company. I ordered 1 ltr of paracress oil and 2 x 60ml arrived and damaged so there was oil everywhere and only half full. Tried emailing them to complain and no reply. The website is now unavailable

This is a scam. I got rancid vegetable oil instead of the camelia oil I ordered.

Everything is perfect. The products are great! Delivery is careful, in extra plastic bags.This is my second order and I've never had any problems. I can feel that it's 100% natural. It smells wonderful, too. The difference with aesthetic oil is night and day. I'm thrilled to have this company as a supplier, and so are my customers.

BUYER BEWARE

Order number OLGB6983WP,done on 28/11. Tracking ref supplied is not recognised by company on link provided by Oleaia. Sent email on 2/12 asking for correct tracking ref, no reply received to date, despite website claiming all emails replied to within 30 mins. At the best very poor service and maybe a scam considering the other reviews. Lets see.

Complete scam, cheap oil sent instead

Complete scam. I was thinking of buying multiple oils, but I decided to try only one. And now never again. I ordered peppermint oil, instead I got a very expensive peanut (or who knows what) oil. I complained but they won’t acknowledge my concern. I ended up buying from another supplier and boy! Significant difference.

I ordered sesame seed oil for the first time, and I'm delighted with the product. The shipping was faster than I expected. The price is really good especially because I use a lot of oil as a massage therapist and buying a larger amount is not a problem for me.

I ordered what was advertised as 100% pure coconut oil. Before ordering, I even contacted customer service twice to confirm that the product contained no seed oils. Both times they assured me it was “100% coconut oil.” When the product arrived, the label clearly stated sunflower oil + coconut oil, with sunflower oil listed first. This is not a minor mistake — it directly contradicts what I was told in writing. When I contacted customer service, I received three different explanations: “It is a labeling error.” “The batch was mixed up.” “All refunds are vouchers only.” (even though their website says otherwise) They also could not provide any lab reports or purity documentation, despite claiming the oil was 100% pure. After reading other recent reviews, I realized my experience is not isolated: A customer who tested their “magnesium oil” found it to be over 98% sunflower oil. Someone ordering hazelnut oil received an unlabelled “technical use oil.” Many reviews report the same excuse: “wrong batch,” “labeling error,” “mix-up.” Customers being denied proper refunds and pushed toward vouchers instead. This appears to be a pattern, not simple mistakes. I cannot trust a company that: mislabels products, gives contradictory explanations, refuses refunds to the original payment method, and cannot provide basic documentation for purity. I do not recommend this seller. reply: I have already sent you pictures via email. The fault is not mine but yours, and I will accept nothing less than a full refund. I will not pay for shipping or re-delivery when it is you who made the mistake. Since this is now becoming unreasonable, I will proceed with a chargeback via my bank.

Products uncompliant with European regulations

I ordered hazelnut oil on Sept 26. I received a bucket of..."natural oil". It is explicitly indicated on the product that it is for "technical ise only". Of course that did not appear on the webpage wheb I placed the order. Also product labeling is not compliant with EU regulation 1169/2011 so we don’t know exactly what the product contains, where it comes from, etc. Oleaia has been replying to my return requests saying they will share the return document asap. That has been going on since Oct 3rd. I have not received any document and most likely never will.

The only I would prefer that you offer smaller volumes as well, for example 1 l of neem oil not only 5 l because I use it at home only. Thank you.

English below Ik had al een gevoel dat er iets niet klopte en gelukkig heb ik niks besteld. Ik was op zoek naar magnesium olie en zag vervolgens de prijzen op de site. Alles is 29,90 of je nu 1 liter olie of 5 liter olie koopt. Ter verduidelijking, 1 liter jojoba olie is net zo duur als 5 liter castorolie. Dit werd ook niet gewijzigd wanneer je het product in de winkelwagen zet. Dan bekijk ik het product magnesium olie en vraag het cpsr rapport op en overige maar die kreeg ik niet, kon alleen op aanvraag (wat ik dus ook deed in de mail) en Daarin staat dat het product voor 99,97% uit zonnebloemolie bestaat en slechts 0,03% magnesiumchloride bevat. Ze claimen vervolgens dat dit gangbaar is. Dat betekent dus 0,3 ml op 1 liter. A feeling that something was wrong was already present, and fortunately, no order was placed. The search was for magnesium oil, and then the prices on the site were seen. All products are priced at 29.90, regardless of whether 1 liter or 5 liters of oil is purchased. To clarify, 1 liter of jojoba oil costs the same as 5 liters of castor oil. It didn’t change when I put it in “my cart”. Then, the magnesium oil product was examined, and the CPSR report and other documents were requested but not received. They were only available upon request, which was made via email. The report states that the product consists of 99.97% sunflower oil and contains only 0.03% magnesium chloride. The claim is that this is common practice, which means 0.3 ml per 1 liter.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY POSITIVE REVIEWS. SCAM COMPANY I bought some black seed oil and the shipping was very expensive- then I had to pay duties (which was never disclosed when purchasing) then the package was “damaged” and didn’t get any updates about it. They sent me round in circles for weeks before finally offering a promo code ???? ridiculous. DO NOT DALL FOR THE SCAM.

I got an oli that is not what I ordered. Pepermuntolie without smell. I was planning to buy a lot if this one was good but I guess the story ends here. To send it back it is to a country that is not here. This are scamers.
