Neglect
They have a copy of my ID, and they keep asking for it. They give you a place to put notes. When you leave a pertinent note they don't even read it. Such as, telling them to fill the order with alternate flavors if they run out of the flavor item I'm ordering, then, still send me an email asking what I want to do about it. This puts my order even further behind schedule being delivered to me. Also, getting boxes of orders busted open because they don't use enough tape. That's neglect of care or discretion.
