Fast shipping and top notch product. I’ve used the cheaper brands before and I like this one a lot better. The hinge allows the flap to open nicely. The magnets do a good job of keeping the flaps in place, but not too strong for the dogs to push open easily. I installed mine through a brick wall.
Great communications when we had to swap door sizes. Kept in the loop throughout the time fabricating the new door and follow-up with and after shipping.

We previously bought doggie dog by Security Boss (In Wall) 9 yrs ago, with only one flap replacement. Purchased new door, as were are moving! Great customer support and received product in a timely manner. Very durable!
