Never trust this company, ordered 30th Anniversary Grey goose sculpture vodka bottle and what I eventually received was absolutely dreadful, the lid didn’t fit no presentation box, asked for my money back, they said I can have a small refund but never received anything!!

Avoid this website at all costs! I placed an order by mistake and immediately sent multiple cancellation requests. Instead of processing my cancellation, Omegon completely ignored my messages and abusively shipped the package anyway via UPS with cash on delivery (ramburs). This is an unacceptable, predatory business practice. I have officially refused the delivery at UPS. Completely unprofessional customer support. Save your time and money, buy from somewhere else!

I ordered the product in April and still have not received it. I keep writing them, they say ask the neighbors, check the mailbox again, look under the rug. Oh, for crap sake. I didn't get it, though it is marked as delivered. It is NOT the mailman. It is Omeon. And they will not refund my $30. Wish I'd come here first.

I don’t want to give this company one star . I ordered two products early May and one arrived and did not fit the description advertised . I have yet to receive the second item I purchased and don’t expect it to meet expectations . I have tried to contact the Company several times with regard to deliveries but received automated replies and finally I asked for a refund, again no reply . The company’s policies are rubbish and I don’t think there is anywhere you can complain to . It’s a question of buyer beware !

I wish I could give 0. I ordered a patriotic wreath that was made by a disabled veteran. JOKES ON ME! What I received was a small flimsy placemat with a felt backing and cardboard stars. Very different from the large wooden wreath a veteran was clutching to his chest in tears in the video ad. There is a special place in hell for people that exploit vetrans.

Not as described and charged more than advertised. Long shipping time and unable to track with number they sent. Packaging torn and crushed when received. Was charged nearly $90.00 for 2 tiny, flimsy tequila solar plants and they were not even solar. That was the only reason we ordered them was for the solar part. They were the size of something for a child and was also charged extra for safe shipping and some petals were hard to place right from the squished and torn packaging. This was a total rip off. It feels like they just stole our money. When went to returns, it said we would have to pay to ship back.

I paid for a Grey Goose decanter on 23rd May 2026 and has not moved in 17 days. Had one response a week ago from Oeomon but was just fobbed off with no apparent reason why it hasn't left China yet. Avoid the link that occurs regularly on Facebook and other online platforms as you will be thoroughly disappointed with Oeomon's customer service response when they cannot manage customers expectations regarding when it has been dispatched from China or arrive in the UK to be delivered by Evri, which itself has so many issues lately. Evri have been expecting this parcel since 23rd May 2026 - speaks volumes about this company called Oeomon! Avoid at all costs as you will be seriously let down!
Total scam operation. Ordered a patriotric wreath which they showed as being made by an injured veteran. So blame me for being stupid---which I admit to---but I was caught up in the fervor of America 250. It took six weeks to arrive, is a total piece of junk, not at all as pictured, completely damaged and torn up in shipment, and now can't get a response about their "return policy." Do not even consider a product from this operation. And I have sworn off ordering ANYTHING advertised on Instagram. Most of it is fake.
