We parked at the Irvine Hilton. We were directed where to park and assisted with our luggage both to and from the airport by two very courteous drivers. Parking was easy and close to the airport. I would definitely use this system again flying John Wayne Airport.

We had booked a 7 day stay but the late night before departure, the airline called a flight change and we could not park at this site as they had no shuttle service very early in the morning so had to cancel. However, we could not cancel and so had to forfeit the whole sum. We parked elsewhere and made our flights. However, coming back a week later, had a wonderful call - they called me- from their customer service agent who listened to our story, refunded the whole amount and advised us that under such circumstances, best to actually speak to a live customer agent - as opposed to website/chatbots!

Great communication from start to finish. The location was convenient, and the shuttle picked us up very quickly. We felt safe the entire time, and the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend it!

Easy to make a reservation and pay online. Then you just pull in, leave your car, and pick it up when you return. Could not be simpler or more cost effective.

Great place to leave your vehicle parked for as long as you need to. The price is very affordable, shuttle service 24/7 and you don’t have to wait for it, shuttle literally is waiting for you to take you right away to the airport.
The parking place is about 4 minutes from the airport. I definitely highly recommend it if you’re looking for a place to leave your vehicle please don’t hesitate to use their services!

It was so convenient and economical.
We waited quite a long time for the van to return us from the airport to the parking lot. Then the driver spent the entire trip talking on his phone & even looked up additional numbers to call.
