I am 94 years old, and I was having problems with my printer. I contacted One Click Technologies LLC for assistance, and I am very pleased with the support I received. Because my hearing is not very good, I sometimes have difficulty understanding instructions over the phone. However, the technicians were extremely patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with each step.
