Arrived bigger than expected
Arrived bigger than expected. Which is a first for online live plant purchase for me. Tree is still alive. I have had over a month and appears to be loving it's new home.

I was told I received a 'double order'…
I was told I received a 'double order' because we were towards the end of strawberry season. Upon getting home, I only barely had enough crowns to fulfill my original order. I'm not complaining I didn't get more, I'm just concerned about how few i would have received had the clerk decided to only give me a 'single'.

Shipping was a bit slow. The plants did not make it. The guys at One Green World sent me replacements right away, great customer service! My wasabi plants are growing nicely so far.

Packing problem
The plants themselves looked good, but one of them wasn't secured well in the pot (the plastic bag around it, and holding the dirt in, came untied), so the plant and soil slid out of the pot, breaking off the top 18" of the elderberry plant. Sad to see; hopefully it will be okay.
Order Fullfillment
I ordered and paid for a tree online that was for pickup only. I emailed them for confirmation that it was ready prior to traveling 2 hours one way to pick up the tree. I was assured that it was ready. I got there and they told me the tree was not available and the person confirming just checks online. Very frustrating.

Save your money—poor product
I purchased a tree from them that was so poorly grown I’m ashamed to plant it in my yard. It is so crooked with two bends sideways that it will never look acceptable. They said try and tape it up to force it and maybe it will straighten up. It’s alive so we won’t replace it. I had thought this was a quality nursery but it sure sent me an pitiful Charlie Brown tree. Save your money as these folks don’t grow a decent tree and don’t stand behind their product at all
