Inaccurate, Outdated Forms and Bad Customer Service
The forms I received for my state are outdated and will not be accepted by the courts. I requested changes multiple times, and they still haven't been made accurately. I had previously requested a partial refund, but after receiving incomplete, inaccurate paperwork AGAIN I am asking for a full refund.
