We've booked many cruises with OVC over the past 20 years. I find their pricing, customer service, and value better than other on-line booking sites. They have a good Internet portal, which I use at a high-level to compare prices. I then follow-up with my personal travel agent at OVC, who has been able to secure the best rates and cabins. OVC, in particular, has a good relationship with Celebrity and their parent company, Royal Caribbean.

Best cruise planner
I have the very best experience (after working with other travel agents for over 40 years) with Sophia Riccarango who helps us to get the best deals and follow-ups. I, including our friends and relatives, now make all the reservations through her.

Jasmine responded quickly to our request & followed up with Celebrity to verify. Our first trip using OVC went perfectly. We spoke to others that said they have never had an issue with their VIP trips.

We found Online Vacation Center 3 years…
We found Online Vacation Center 3 years ago. Since that time, we have booked a 7 night Alaskan cruise, a Viking river cruise from Switzerland to France, and a 12 night cruise from Greece to Venice. Everything has always been perfect and included everything as advertised. Our vacation manager, Karina, is wonderful to work with! We highly recommend OVC!
