FAKE product
FAKE product, fake label, fake advertisement. Purchased Castor oil ''with rose quartz roller'', (clearly printed on the bottle and as advertised), which as NONE rose quartz, the roller is made of plastic or resine, after a test with heated needle it punched a tiny hole in the roller. I contact them, they automatically reply offering 4USD, then 7USD, then 11USD. I canot trust even the oil inside either to put on my face. I asked a full refund and will report elsewhere like Paypal to get it.
Haven't received my order
Is too order, I have not received my order yet. So I hope it comes soon. Tracking says it's still in Ireland.
Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money. I purchased what was advertised as 100% castor oil in the roller bottle. When I got it the ingredients were multiple other substances. When I reached out to the company they wanted to give me $4 to compensate for this Incongruency. They are not taking returns or giving refunds. The company is in Hong Kong.

Unfortunately I did not receive pkg. The delivery was made and placed in lobby, someone else had picked it up and has not put it back. It’s been a few days. So I have no product. 😢

I would like to request an RGA this product does not deliver what was promised. it in no way adjusts to my vision. Did I even receive the right product? The pair of glasses appear different then the ad I saw.

I ordered 3, the first one I opened, the roller doesn’t work properly, it doesn’t roll freely. I don’t know if the product itself is good, because nothing comes out. Any suggestions?
The “rose quartz” roller does not work…
The “rose quartz” roller does not work well. I have my doubts about the rose quartz roller. I lived in an area where rose quartz is highly concentrated and even if the raw quartz is barely pink, there is always some color. Also it was stated that it is refillable. Good luck getting the top off. It appears to be not threaded properly. I finally gave up.
