have ordered from them twice. Second order was delivered to the wrong address, not their fault. I messaged them to let them know, in case it was returned. They emailed me back at 8pm, giving me advice on what my next steps should be with the carrier. Package eventually found its way to me. Everything I have ordered has been top quality.

I had originally posted that I was having difficulty getting my package shipped and communication. They got back to me within an hour and had all of the tracking information and knew exactly where it was and when it was shipped and packaged right down to the minute. Apparently, in an email that I received to show me how to track it. It must’ve been sent by a different carrier so that was discrepancy, but they stepped right up and helped smooth everything over and I look forward to my packages writing soon.
