They have went above and beyond beyond to help me save money!!!
I was told I was approved for refinancing my vehicle. Even received a cover letter. Then I’m told I didn’t meet the minimum income requirement. They didn’t inform me of a minimum and when I was told what the minimum was, I assured them that I earn well enough more than the minimum income. I had proof ready to send but being self-employed they trusted nothing but a link that was sent to me. I earn 3x’s more than what’s required. Very disappointed with the company. Never will refer them.
I was looking to apply for refinancing. This process was so easy using mobile phone and e-mail. The representative becomes your person. I am old school like knowing who I’m dealing with. The process was done in 2 days within a week car paid off!
Rachel with the Loan Savings Team was great to work with. She was always answered my questions in a timely manner, and made sure that I was informed about each step in the loan process. I was a bit concerned when I received an email from a lender that did not approve but within a few days I received an email from my lender and tracking information for the check they sent to the old lender. Overall my experience was good and everyone I spoke with via phone or email was informative.
Terrible to say the least. Got approved, showed the approved amount then denied. Can't believe or trust a thing they say. Won't even respond to inquiries after they shut you down. Bogus excuses as to why they can't proceed.
Paige was great to work with. She was very helpful making this experience easy to complete.
Smooth process friendly staff very pleasant. Gave me a better rate than my own bank really happy with the rate
Open Road is a great company to refinance your motor vehicle, my experience with them is awesome I'm paying less for my car and also going to finish my payment six months earlier than my previous company. I can and will always recommend OpenRoad to everyone. Thank you all at OpenRoad Finance.
Shakeria was very patient working with me and my wife. We have hectic schedules! She made everything so easy. Communication was great and we are saving a ton of money.
Elizabeth was very efficient and worked hard to get me the refinance on my car. The process was easy and fast, and I was able to save 81 dollars a month and that’s a win for me!! Thank you!
Great customer service ! Enjoyed the entire refinance process from start to finish.
So great fast easy and quick will use again there ratings were very good
The process was seamless. My contact person Ashlyn was very informative as I went through the process.
The process was easy, you supply the documents they request, if addition documents are needed my representative was always in contact with me, letting me know what the next step is in the process. Mr. Brown was very polite and easy to communicate with. He stayed in touch with me throughout the process from the beginning to finish. Thank you
They helped me in getting me the rate I want with the desired payment I want and can comfortably make a month. Great customer service!
The process was simple and easy to follow along step by step of what was needed for my refinance. I will be recommending them to others who would like to refinance as well.
SCAM, SCAM, PLEASE BEWARE. STATES THEY CAN HELP PEOPLE WITH NOT SO GOOD CREDIT. SPENT ABOUT A MONTH GETTING INFO THEY NEEDED ONLY TO BE DENIED. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM.
Deceptive , Open Road slammed me with solicitations. My credit score is 65 points higher than when I bought the car and my income is about $15k higher. I have only put 2k miles on my vehicle since I purchased it almost a year ago. Open road offerd to reduce my payment by $200 however once they went through the process it turned out to be $4.57 less than what I am paying now. Before you sign anything do the math on the loan and determine what you are actually saving. Probably won’t be much sorry to say. I’m sure they do have positive reviews considering you only need a 480 to qualify , pretty much means you’re approved if you have a heart beat. Don’t get too excited if they approve you it’s not a huge accomplishment. Plus their lawsuit if they are not honest within their Investors, why would they be honest with a consumer? The Open Lending class action lawsuit seeks to represent purchasers or acquirers of Open Lending Corporation (NASDAQ: LPRO) securities between February 24, 2022 and March 31, 2025, inclusive (the “Class Period”). Captioned Bradley v. Open Lending Corporation, No. 25-cv-00650 (W.D. Tex.), the Open Lending class action lawsuit charges Open Lending and certain of Open Lending’s current and former top executives with violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Thanks Marc for sharing your concerns. I apologize we were not able to save you more by refinancing with us. If you had read the letter we sent, we did not know anything about the vehicle being refinanced, just your credit profile. Once you provided additional information on the vehicle, we determined you owed significantly more on the VW than it is worth (approximately 160% of the actual value) and therefore we were not able to offer you the savings we had hoped for. Again, I do apologize. Also for reference, the lawsuit you are quoting is for a different company all together. We are OpenRoad Lending - not Open Lending Corporation. Have a great day.
They did everything right. Smooth as silk. Saved me almost 3k over all! Thank you! Open Road.
