If I could give 0 star I would. I have been riding a 450 payment at 19% for three years. At the time of the initial loan I was in a bad spot with my credit. It’s gotten way better, 100+ point difference. These people HARD pulled my credit and only offered me 18% - this is laughable. The rep on the phone said ‘this should have been a soft pull’ - well it’s not and now I have it on my record as well as my credit immediately going down 2 points. Frustrating as this was my 4th inquiry and anything above 4 is deemed poor on your report. Do not go with this company. Not to mention, I had to call them to follow up with in online inquiry…
