Payment Not Received: 3000 Coins Redeemed to PayPal
I am highly disappointed with my recent experience on Opinaia. I redeemed 3,000 coins to my PayPal account back on 30th July 2026. On 7th August 2026, I even received an official notification from the platform stating that my payout request was successful.However, it has been days and absolutely no funds have been credited to my PayPal account. I have already sent a formal email to support (from my registered email: tdev53018 at gmail.com) along with the screenshot of the confirmation message.This kind of delay after a "successful" status hurts user trust. I request the Opinaia support team to look into my account (Teena Yadav) immediately, trace the PayPal API transfer, and clear my pending reward. I will update this review once the issue is resolved.
I have earned 1700 coins in opinaia survey panel after i have redeem gift card after i received 500 Indian rupees gift card but on my opinaia account shows $500 they people cheating with me i have screenshot but their no option to upload
Hello! There is no relation between the surveys available and the amount of points each user has. There are weeks of the month where you will found more surveys available. You can search for new surveys in the website or they will be send by email as always.
