For transparency, your order was placed on November 30 and shipped on December 5. Due to the influx of orders for the holiday season, shipment was a bit longer than our usual turnaround but within reason. Nonetheless, you deserved a smoother experience. After reviewing the tracking, it looks like your package was impacted by the winter storm and then misrouted by the carrier. Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, delivery becomes their responsibility—but we’re still responsible for making sure you’re taken care of. So now that we are aware of the delayed package we can work on making things right with you. We genuinely appreciate your support over the years, and we want to make this right. We’ll be sending a replacement order through a different carrier first thing in the morning, and we’ll email you the updated tracking information as soon as it’s on the way.
