The experience was great as far as a timely delivery. I have ordered before and it’s always been great. The product I ordered was a body purpose oil, Vanilla Hugs. The product does not smell of any Vanilla whatsoever and barely has a smell. This will not stop me from ordering, however I will not order this particular scent. The scent definitely does not match the description.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback! We truly appreciate your continued support and are glad to hear about the consistent, timely delivery of your orders.
We're sorry that the Vanilla Hugs Body Purpose Oil didn't meet your scent expectations. We completely understand how challenging it can be to shop for fragrances online without being able to experience them firsthand. As a gesture of appreciation for your honest feedback and loyalty, we'd love to send you our new vanilla fragrance to try – on us!
Your willingness to explore different scents in our collection means a lot to us. While Vanilla Hugs wasn't quite right for you, we're grateful that this experience hasn't discouraged you from continuing to shop with us. We release new seasonal scents regularly, and customer feedback like yours helps us continuously improve our fragrances.
Thank you again for being part of the Opulent Radiance family. Your trust in our products and openness to trying new scents truly help us grow. 💫

Perfect!!
Amazing customer service. Gorgeous and unique scents. Quality and CLEAN products- so clean that I’ve definitely lathered my baby up in some cream! I can’t wait to be a repeat customer!
Delivery is always on or before time expected. The product packaging is very elegant and the product itself is absolutely amazing. It's great for the skin and does not leave an oily residue. I will recommend this product to anyone looking for natural products to use on their face and body. And it also comes with a complimentary travel size cream that you can tuck away in your pocketbook for quick moisture relief.
I need more time to use the product and am leaving Monday for NC for a month. Was impressed with the young woman’s fund of knowledge about the body lotion.
Customer service was amazing! I was explained how to us it and what it was made of. I love the feel of my lotion, the oil, and the leave in hair condition. The product feels great on my hair and then on my skin. Everything smells wonderful.
