They clearly explained that changing the primary domain required recreating the hosting account and advised me to take a full backup first. After confirmation, they updated the primary domain to ehta.net and activated SSL successfully. Overall, the support experience was good.

They are affordable, BUT...
They are affordable, but you get what you pay for. They respond to tickets like their customers are a nuisance. One of their pages for pointing a domain was very limited and did not address my needs, so I sent a ticket explaining the issue and they literally just sent me a link back to the same page with NOTHING else. It was absolutely worthless. That issue is STILL not resolved almost a year later. Another time, my domain just disappeared long after I paid for it. I had to open another ticket to get it back and, of course, there was no explanation. They just dropped it somehow. I wish our small charity could afford a better company.
