Everytime, which doesn't happen often but when there is an issue that I unable to solve. I write a ticket to the support team. Amd viola they solve the issue in a matter of minutes. Where I struggle for more than an hour. Fast support. Problem solving. And very friendly.
The support of OrangeHost is my favorite. I am always ashamed asking them questions, mostly due to messes I create on my domain and the related hosting. The last 4 tickets handled by Saim were a mess, created by myself. He handled them with utmost paitence, promptness and competence.
