I was with this service for a couple of years. During that time, my account was hacked twice, and they did little about it, putting the blame on me. After getting spammed by 500 emails per hour and a compromised credit card in their Client Portal, the best they could do was shrug. OrangeHost is cheap, but you get what you pay for.

I transferred a domain from another company, the transfer of the domain was easy, what was not so easy was transferring my existing email accounts, not much assistance as third party software used (Cpanel) for emails!
