Hi Jackie, I am so incredibly sorry to hear that the wrong formula version was selected for your order. To be completely transparent, we are unable to accept exchanges. This is due to our commitment that ensures the formula our customers receive is entirely original and has no chance of being spoiled or counterfeited. We have tried to make your experience better. Organic life is a lifesaver
Organic life is a lifesaver. I have used organic, European formula on all 3 of my kids, and their health and tummies are so much happier. They are quick to ship and autoship keeps me in the loop so I don't have to wait last minute to order.
Five Stars Isn't Enough – Incredible Customer Service From Pregnancy Through Parenthood
We first discovered Organic Life Start before our son was even born. As first-time parents, we had spent countless hours researching infant nutrition and wanted a genuine European formula rather than the U.S. versions. I reached out with several questions about Kendamil and immediately received thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring responses. That level of service never stopped. Over the past several months, we've transitioned through different formulas as we worked to find what was best for our son. Along the way, the Organic Life Start team has consistently gone above and beyond. They have answered every question promptly, helped explain product differences, accommodated order changes, and always treated us like valued customers rather than just another order number. Most recently, I realized I had made a mistake placing a fairly large order. I emailed customer service expecting it might be too late, but Erika immediately stopped the shipment, updated the order exactly as requested, and had everything processed and back on track within minutes. That level of responsiveness is incredibly rare today. What stands out most isn't just the quality of the products—they offer authentic European formulas that have given us confidence in what we're feeding our son—but the people behind the company. Every interaction has been warm, personal, and genuinely focused on helping parents make the best decisions for their babies. As a new parent, there are enough things to worry about. It's reassuring to know there's a company that consistently delivers outstanding products backed by exceptional customer service. We've been customers since before our baby was born, and I expect we'll continue ordering from Organic Life Start for a long time. I recommend them without hesitation to any parent looking for high-quality European formula and a company that truly cares about its customers.

I love that they are female founded and their missions is to provide easy access for European Formal Brands for babies in the US. Their website was easy to understand and subscription portal easy to navigate. Would highly recommend.
