The work on my Persian rug was outstanding from the initial consultation. Jerry used specialized cleaning techniques to lift out stubborn dirt and followed with precise restoration on the borders and pile. I could not be happier with the outcome and it adds sophistication to my entryway.
The oriental rug cleaning service did an excellent job on a rug that had not been cleaned in years. The colors came back looking vibrant and natural. The entire rug feels softer and much fresher now. They handled the piece carefully throughout the process. The quality of work was obvious the moment I unrolled it. I would definitely return for future cleanings.

The team at Oriental Rug Care NY delivered excellent service and took great care with an heirloom rug I brought in. The pickup and delivery were seamless and the restoration results blew me away. Pricing felt fair for the quality, and I will absolutely be sending my next rug to them.
Jerry worked wonders on my old rug that had years of coffee stains and foot traffic. It came back looking completely refreshed and soft underfoot. His service was quick and professional from start to finish.
I appreciate how Jerry treated my rug with the same care he would for his own. The cleaning brought out colors I didn’t even realize were hidden under the dirt. His knowledge of antique textiles is impressive.
I thought my pale blue viscose rug was a goner after a potted plant took a tumble. There was dirt and water everywhere, and the stain looked permanent. The team knew exactly how to handle this finicky material. You’d never know my plant had such a dramatic fall. I’m seriously impressed.
I learned the hard way that viscose is ridiculously delicate. I called them in a panic, and they knew exactly how to handle it. The mark is completely gone, and my clumsiness is our little secret.
My dog destroyed the corners of my expensive rug, and I thought it was beyond repair. Not only did they restore it flawlessly, but they also gave me tips to maintain it. Unbeatable service in NYC worth every penny!
I’ve used other places in the past, but none delivered results like this. The hand repair on the fringe and the deep cleaning brought my Afghan rug back to life. Jerry even gave helpful tips for maintenance going forward.
Decided to restore an old tribal rug I found at a flea market, and it was the best decision I could’ve made. The cleaning brought out deep reds and blues I didn’t even know were there. Jerry’s attention to detail is just incredible.

We had a great experience with Jerry. After a urine accident, we needed to get our antique rugs cleaned asap. Jerry was super responsive and came out the next day. Overall, everything looked great, but there was one spot I wanted to get touched up. They responded quickly and came out immediately to touch up the spot. I would definitely recommend!
