I ordered a jacket and paid extra for the fine inspection service of the zip and the logo. When the jacket arrived the zip did not work at all so the jacket was pointless. I supplied video evidence and I asked Orientdig for a refund. Orientdig said the seller was only prepared to refund me £7 (the jacket was £59.00 and shipping was £20). It's totally unacceptable as the jacket is unwearable. I am more annoyed that I paid extra for the zip to be inspected by Orientdig and it was faulty and they still approved it!
Sizes are unreliable!
I purchased my first order and found a medium hoodie was more like a small and a large like a medium.
So my next order I ordered an XL only for the hoodies to arrive the same size as the L and too small.
Now stuck with hoodies that can’t be worn.
Can’t fault quality but size is a lucky dip!! Can’t return as too long and costly and they wont refund despite providing evidence.

I've used orientdig twice now. I found out about them through a friends suggestion and decided to give it a go. First of all i must say there are so many wonderful features that give you confidence that your orders are being dealt with and shipped. This is through their updates on the order page telling you exactly what stage your order is in. Not only this but it talks you through every stage of your ordering process and if you are stuck they have actually agents (real people) that answer your messages not just AI Chat bots. Some people worry about refunds and security of payment with sites like these however orientdig have secure payments with different options of payment like pay pal and others. If a product does not get shipped they refund you instantly straight into your account where with one button you can send it straight back into your bank. I shipped from china to the UK and orientdig by far had the fastest shipping taking my parcel just over a week to arrive. I would 100% recommend using orientdig for your next haul and if you are stuck there are plenty of tutorials of how to use it.

This actually impressive, like how it's possible to not order on here ? It's been like 2 years that i purchase on here and i never had a problem, but if you got any problem, there is a online support and discord that can help you aswel.. To purchas any porducts, it's very simple because there is a " DIY ORDER " section. This is i think the best feature for the people that never buy on this site... Anyways, my overall is a 10/10.
