AVOID
AVOID! This garage is by far the worst I have ever experianced. I took my vehicle into them, which was booked in online. When I arrived they were not expecting it. I was told that it would be checked over and looked at mid week, nothing was heard from them at the end of week 1. To put it all into context, they had my vehicle for 8 weeks and did not manage to fix it. Throughout the 8 week period, i constantly had to call them (most of the time they did not answer), and when they did eventually answer me I was told the same thing every time, “the mechanic has gone home”, “we will look at it Monday”. When they first told me my vehicle had been fixed, there own mechanic told me I had been over charged, took my vehicle for my own test drive and the fault was exactly the same. The end state being I paid nearly £300 for parts which did not need fitting, the mechanic is clearly very incompetent and was just clutching at straws. I did receive a partial refund but only after I demanded it from being messed around for 2 months. Stay away from this garage, useless. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

It would have been helpful if you were more clear that the hydraulic connections were metric. Now I have to find a conversion from metric to standard.

Junk tools horrible customer service
Junk tools. Bought a hub tamer. The force screw stripped out. I tried to order a replacement and just got the run around. I even provided their part numbers from the manual that came with the tool. Will never buy their junk again. horrible customer service!!!

I order a bushing driver set and when it was delivered the box was all messed up. They got back with me quickly when I inquired about getting a new box. They didn’t have any available but they sold me an additional set at half cost.
