After more than 5 years as customer and currently using 6 pairs from them i had an issue with one pair recently received i had to sent 3 times the complain, recall because more than 72 hs passed without answer and at the end even i with my experience with the brand noticed something wrong they looking 3 Pictures conclude that is not a defective product even im informing that when i wear the shoes i get faciitis plantar knee and back pain
