Happy Returning Customer

Returning customer given how happy my feet, knees and body have been with previous Orthofeer sneakers! Given changes with my foot (bunion and position of other toes), I now need an extra wide soze. The size chart helped me to get the right size (in length), although the size chart does not give measurements to help judge what width is needed. I was able, however, to easily Exchange the wide pair I recently bought for extra wide. I also realized I was mistakenly getting sneakers that were longer size than I needed just to try and get extra width before the correct size. So comfortable, even when wearing all day!p

Short life on soles

Service was great and I loved the boots. But they are already starting to collapse inside, especially the left one. The support of the sole isn’t solid any longer and it’s started to give. I was just past my 60 days when it started so couldn’t exchange. I didn’t even wear them very often since they aren’t work shoes so I’m not even on my feet a lot. For the price they should have held longer.

These shoes were supposed to run…

These shoes were supposed to run large. I hoped they would be long enough since I need a size 12 1/2 or even better size 13. My foot is narrow and I could not tighten the shoe enough to keep my foot from running into the end while walking downhill.

Great shoes! Needed arch support badly (foot pain, sciatica etc): since wearing Orthofeet shoes I feel better and can walk and work (standing) without pain! Thank you!

I have been trying ti find my husband some shoes to help his back for a long time. He stands on concrete and need some durable shoes. This shoes offers the best support, and are also waterproof. We have added a better foot insert. Great shoes. Just received the second pair.

Easy to order

Easy to order. This was my second pair. The first ones I ordered have held up so well and are so comfortable that I thought I'd get a second pair to use for other things than work. Finally.... a shoe that fits my feet and is pleasurable to wear.

Impressed with customer servicr

I ordered a pair of sandals. When they arrived there was a cut on the inside which would tub/irritate my foot. I contacted customer service and the agent processed my request for an exchange, and sent a QR code for UPS. Dropped of my sandals at UPS this morning and within minutes received email indicating you knew they were being returned and my new sandals were being readied to be shipped. I've had emails expressing concerns about the cut on the sandal. It is very obvious that you don't want damaged items to go out. Very impressed with your process!

Help for my Achilles Tendonitis

I have Achilles Tendonitis and have tried several brands of shoes/sandals in the last year trying to get some relief from the discomfort. Decided to try OrthoFeet after a friend suggested I give them a try and I could not be happier. I have ordered shoes and sandals, though I did have to send a couple pair back as exchanges for another size, and I’m quite impressed. The Achilles Tendonitis has essentially disappeared and I can finally walk around without the pain that was there for well over a year. On the size exchanges, the return process could not be easier! Take the return code to UPS and they take it from there. Easy-peasy! I definitely recommend giving OrthoFeet a try as they are now my go-to for comfort in shoes and sandals.
