Orthofeet has shoes in Wide and Extra Wide sizes that work well for my feet. They’re sort of clunky looking, but I’ve been generally happy with their products. I can only consider buying their products, though, when they’re on “sale” or clearance.

Early Summer

Early Summer: I had ordered a pair of shoes that were on backorder. I never received notification if they arrived. I reordered them weeks later and again-no notification. The product itself is excellent for me and I own many pairs of their shoes. But customer interaction is lacking. nobody wants to be left hanging without an explanation.

Good product for my husband

Good product for my husband because his ankles tend to swell. Recently he was in a car accident and it is easy and comfortable to put these socks on his feet.

I ordered size 11 women's and returned them for a refund. At that time I ordered the same shoe in 11/1-2 and never received them. I couldn't find a payment transaction for the undelivered shoes. Plus I was charged $38 for a telephone conversation without prior warning of a charge. That person assured me my new order was received... Very disappointed in all of this and doubt if I'll order anything from Ortho Feet again.

Cheaper and better!

Because of flat feet and a nerve damage issue, I had to stop wearing my very expensive summer sandals which caused me a lot of pain. I tried Orthofeet sandals (for over $100 less!) and now I can wear sandals in summer again! They're so comfortable, and attractive to boot.

Your shoes are very comfortable, I have several pairs, including sneakers and I am seriously considering purchasing the loafers.

I have purchased two pair so far and and both Shoes seemed to be very well-made. The most recent shoes I got were waterproof, hiking shoes. I got stuck in the pouring rain with lots of puddles for the first time and my feet stayed warm and pretty dry. I’m gonna see what happens next time it rains with the big puddles.

I absolutely love these hiking boots

I absolutely love these hiking boots. I’ve worn them everywhere, and they’ve been incredibly comfortable and reliable. After a year of regular use, they’re still in excellent shape with no significant issues. My only complaint is the tread on the soles. While the boots themselves have held up great, the grip has worn down faster than I expected. I wish the outsole had been a little more durable because everything else about these boots has been outstanding. Overall, I’d definitely buy them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable, dependable hiking boot.

Disappointed!

After much research I ordered my 1st pair of orthofeet shoes. I was debating ordering the on shoes, Brooks that I usually order and love and these Orthofeet corals. I wanted to love them! They were definitely comfortable on the feet while wearing them. The next day my feet would hurt as if I stood on concrete all day. I tried several days as they had a 60 day return. But each time was the same results. I did a return. The places that they sent a list to take them to to process the return, the first one on the list said they did not process the happy returns and asked several times to be taken off the list but still on there. So, wasn't a happy return! O and when I received my shoes was in a mailing bag with large Orthofeet logo all over the box. Mind you I do live in an apartment complex and they could have been easily picked up by anyone knowing the shoes run $125 give or take and most people work during delivery hours 🤷🏻 just saying.
