Stay away from this company. I was looking for comfortable shoes after a bad ankle break. The customer support is terrible. There is no 800 number to call customer support, only an email. They do not reply within 24-48 hours. They are VERY slow to respond to my numerous emails. They are shipped out of Hong Kong and are poorly made. I am trying to set up a return and have disputed the charges with my credit card company. Unsure if there will be financial charge to ship back to Hong Kong - they say 90 day guarantee but I doubt it.
Do not order from this company. Wish I had seen this review before I ordered. I rarely order off online advertising but I did this time what a mistake. They say easy return but they LIE! They sent me a message that i should keep them and gift them and offered me a 10% refund. Even though they said “we offer a no hassle return policy and if the product does not meet your expectations after you receive it we are willing to assist you in returning your package” LIE LIE LIE.
Follow up. They finally said I could return shoes but I would have to pay shipping $30! They gave me 20% refund. I threw them away. I refused to even donate them.

I don’t want them. i’m not going to give them to somebody in my family. Why would I do that to them. Do not order from them.
They created a USPS shipping label for my shoes, then never sent the shoes. They respond - "we shipped your shoes but shipping takes time and things go wrong". Yeah, like creating a shipping label but NEVER GIVING AN ITEM TO SHIP. ****SCAMMER ALERT*****
Do not order! They advertise pain relief leather shoes with comfortable insoles and what you get is cheap vinyl shoes with Styrofoam insoles. They want you to ship them back to China at your expense if you are not satisfied with their garbage shoes.
What a scam! I never received my shoes and yet they sure charged my CREDIT CARD FAST. Will work with my credit card to get my money back. It's been over 3 weeks now and I have received nothing. But from all the negative comments read, they're not worth having!
I got scammed. Shoes are junk materials and too big. They offered 10% refund same as others. I paid $82.00 CDN! I can only wish bad things happen to these pirates. They are crooks and thieves.
The shoes look NOTHING like the picture. Size is completely off from the 10 that I ordered. Closer to an 8.5. They offered to give me a 20% discount to keep them or I can ship them back for a full refund. Not made well at all.
This outfit is a SCAM! Last month I purchased shoes that arrived and were too small. I've reached out to Orthoture to return the pair at least 1/2 a dozen times to no avail! Don't buy from them, period!
Poor quality shoe-YOU are paying to return to China
I received, at best, a $20 shoe. It was cute, chunky loafer in blue "nubuck", but certainly not a miracle shoe that would cure any foot ailment. They were too big and I tried to return/exchange. Thats when I found out they were shipped from China. They offered a 20% refund but I keep the shoe-which was of no use to me as they were huge. They are reluctant to give you the return address because you are paying to return to China-approx. $80. I could have returned for a full refund of $58 but then I am paying $80 to return so it was a no-win situation. I gave the shoes to Goodwill and learned a lesson. Buyer be ware.
Shoes were cheap and were too large, definitely not as advertised. I tried to exchange them, but they said since they sent the size I ordered it wasn't their fault and that I should give them to someone else. Offered 10% refund if I shipped them back to China! Most uncomfortable shoe I've worn. Totally dissatisfied. Too much of a hassle return them in China but I'll just give them to Salvation Army. They taught the padding in the shoe but there was none in my opinion. Never again.

I purchased two pair of flats and the sizes I received were greatly different. I ordered the same size. When I wanted to return them, their customer service offered a refund only if I shipped them back to China. Do not purchase! Shoes are junk
I got 2 pair of cheap stiff shoes that smelled strange. I bought a half size up for one pair and a full size up for the other. They were both too small. Of course they advertise easy refunds so I didn't worry at first. Unlike the gentleman in the previous review, my very first email suggested that they were fine shoes that my friends would love to have. I was offered a 10% refund which I have yet to see. They are a scam and the shoes are terrible. All my nursing friends should have a pair....NOT! Please don't buy these terrible shoes from this terrible company. Here is the text from the email.

If I could rate this company a zero I would! Horrible shoes. Way too big and too wide and the material is not suede as they claim it is. I've reached out multiple times via email (they don't have a phone number) regarding returns and they haven't responded even though they say they will respond in 24 hours.

I don't know how they can call these shoes! What a joke! Made of some kind of cardboard or something. Orthopedics? The foot bed is hard with no arch! This place advertises 24/7 customer service. Ha! This one guy responds maybe 4 days later with an email that doesn't even address my question. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My shipment arrived after a month from a place in the US but I am sure they are based in China. I am trying to initiate a return, but I'm sure they will say they must be sent back to an overseas location which would cost a fortune, so MONEY DOWN THE drain!! I am disappointed that companies like this are allowed to post their pop up ads on our computers. Very angry customer!
Horrible horrible horrible STAY AWAY waste of money PayPal processes for them no matter how you pay thank goodness my Amex helped PayPal is awful anymore if i could give them negative stars i would shoes were slow getting there and nothing like website description could buy them at dollar store for a dollar but I don’t think dollar store would carry them. They’re that bad they tell you 30 day return policy they refused to give you an address to return it to then they tell you you have to return it to China, which cost an arm and a leg they keep trying to give you a discount 20 or 30% to keep the shoes not worth it. Stay away big scam.!!!
This company uses a drop shipping company in,California. .I plan to sue this company and Othoture for. Misrepresentation...in small claims coury here in Montana. Paypal was useless ( no proper investigation whatsoever ), and denied the claim and i may include them in my claim...This company is fraudulent in the inception and needs to be dealt with. I am livid that these crooks and their lack of transparency....
