Amazing service & Shipping Experience
They are always very responsive and provide timely updates. The ordering process is simple and easy. Shipping is also amazing and I have never had any issues with the package arriving or the goods damaged.

At this moment, three orders I made, three orders I have recieve easily and very well packaged/protected. Payment process for your pre-orders is easy and they send you and reminder email with all the information. I cannot give my opinión regarding to troubleshooting because I have not have any problem, what is cool too. Of course, I am going to continuos buying from here!

It has been a long journey since I have ordered my figure back in 2024 and finally it arrived at my door yesterday. Thank you Allen for following up with the manufacturer for me making sure my order was fulfilled. He always answered my questions promptly and got back to me every time reassuring me with my order despite the long production time. The ordering process was simple and easy.
