We checked your account and can see that you successfully completed the course and downloaded your Certificate of Completion, which indicates all required modules were finished. If you experienced an issue accessing Module 23 afterward, we'd be happy to look into it further. We're sorry to hear you missed out on your job opportunity. For clarity, OSHA-authorized 10-Hour and 30-Hour courses are subject to OSHA regulations, which limit students to 7.5 hours of training per day. This means it is not possible for any OSHA-authorized provider to issue a certificate after completing the entire course in a single night, regardless of the student's pace. These rules are established by OSHA and are not something we can modify or waive. We understand that employment deadlines can be stressful, but we encourage students to plan ahead when an OSHA card or certificate is required for a job. We strive to be transparent about these requirements before enrollment and are always happy to answer questions about course timelines. We wish you the best in your future employment.
