The course is 10 hours long. I finished it within 9 1/2 hours now they’re forcing me to retake the whole course and refusing a refund because I was under time I do not recommend this unprofessional compnay
We’re sorry for the frustration you experienced. OSHA regulations require students to spend a minimum of 10 hours in an OSHA 10 course in order to qualify for the OSHA 10 card. Since the course was completed in under the required time, the system automatically required the remaining training time to be completed before certification could be issued. We understand this situation can be inconvenient, which is why we offered a replacement course at no additional cost. However, as stated in our refund policy, refunds are not available for completed courses. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make these requirements as clear as possible for all students.
