Early days with a BP3000E portable power unit but so far everything seems spot on. Needed more power than the smaller, and lighter power packs and this fits the bill perfectly. Easy to set up and seems well made. After a full change yesterday, today we try solar charging and I expect that to be just as straightforward.

This phone is absolutely shocking avoid

This phone is absolutely shocking. Lost all my contacts on update. Can't save contacts or messages as they instantly delete. Contacted them and sent them everything and got fobbed off. Now other apps won't work on this device as not compatible

Price was important, storage is awesome RAM/ROM. EVERYTHING is well worth the price so, I purchased another type of cell New, sharp clean lines, colors are good. Couldn't ask for a better deal!!! Thank you very much, Ray A

Absolute worst aftercare service

Absolute worst aftercare service. Been trying to submit a warranty claim for 3 weeks and have made it nowhere.

Good Phone .

Product is excellent , however I received a charger that was not U.K. compatible . So had to order one from Oukitel at my expense ( as I remember over £40 ) my review would have been 5 stars but for this .

Terrible products

Brought a phone from them called a 'titan' sold as a rugged phone. This thing breaks with the slightest touch. It is NOT a rugged phone it is just a large one. Makes we wonder what else they lie about. Software is absolutely horrendous also. Kicks you out of apps for no reason. Won't bring up the keyboard. Forgets your settings. Will not be buying again. If you're looking for a real rugged phone get an Ulfone

WP60 for 6 months - disappointing

Bought the WP60 6 months ago and been struggling with - Dropping calls mid call - Occasional delay in sound on calls - Poor reception in urban areas - Dropping connection with "server not found" until I switch off connection and restart - Paint peeling off the back. All in all, it's disappointing and will need to be replaced as I cannot continue to use it for business calls. - not so important for work but the photo quality is pretty poor.

Piece of crap

Externally the wp58 appears sturdy but the Android 15 software sucks! Constant problems loading pages or apps. I was taken for a ride. Don't buy from AliExpress especially Oukitel products. Very regrettable purchase from deceptive website. Customer service is terrible. They do not stand behind their products.

Fantastic build quality sadly let down by no Android updates

Fantastic build quality sadly let down by the fact that they don't update the operating system. You get One update and that's it rendering the device useless after two or three updates of Android operating system as the apps migrate to the newer version of Android. I have even contacted support and asked if I can pay for an upgrade and be told no come on I asked if it's possible to upgrade through PC shop and they've said if you do you will brick the tablet or phone ( making them useless) Regrettably I've spent almost 1000 GBP on a phone and tablet from them and the obsolescence clock is ticking fast Would I recommend some absolutely not. I won't be buying another unless they change the policy on Android updates

Warning: Do not buy from Oukitel. I bought a generator and solar panel for $577. They sent me a defective generator. I returned it for a refund, and they received the return, but I never got my money back. In my experience, this company does not honor its refund promises. Be careful before purchasing from them.
