Bad 3 days with keyboard showing as Unknown, even after doing a factory reset. Contacted Support twice, both times got Simon, and he just fixed it very quickly. Well worth the subscription i paid and got this great support for this annoying driver issue with the keyboard. Cheers indeed.

Simon was very helpful. He understood my concerns. He was polite even when I was anxious. He followed all the steps I later found on Internet advisory boards, except he was several times quicker than I would have been. He saved me about three days of work restoring the 274 apps on my PC Windows 11.
