I wanted to cancel my order because it could not be delivered. I tried to explain several times that I am not interested in another deliverey, but I wish to cancel and get my money back. They did not react to my wish. Very bad service! And the products are of poor quality.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY AND GAVE ME A FRIDGE WHICH DOES NOT WORK AND WHEN I WENT BACK HE DID NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT HE SWORE AT ME AND SAID GET OUT THEY HAVE TAKEN FROM ME AROUND £5000 FOR 3 FRIDGES DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL I HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE TRADING STANDARDS ALREADY AND NOW THEY WILL SUE THEM AND SHUT THEM DOWN I HAVE PROOF OF TRANSFERS I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!!!! Would give zero if i could, still havent received a package i ordered 3/4 months ago, cannot contact the courier they gave tracking for, they are refusing to refund and telling me to pay again for shipping, do not recommend at all
All 7 of my shirts rocked up, no doubt in time the pictures will peel but that's always going to be the case, colour and sizes are as expected. worth the 25 bucks for sure.
I have been waiting on a 200.00 order since the beginning of nov 3rd of 2024 I have not received a delivery date and the tracking number info said it’s shipping label was created in Illinois’s and no other info was given I ordered this order for someone for Christmas and am very upset I feel like I’ve been scammed it’s now 01/03/25 and I’m still waiting
Don’t use this website. They tell you your item is delivered but when you go to track the item, it then shows the item cannot be identified. This is a scam and they will take your money and not provide you with a refund when requested.
Actual product was poor compared to ad. Print in the ad was huge, full back and all the way down to the bottom. Looked like premium thick cotton material. Actual shirt had a small print, cut off at the bottom and crooked. Expected a decent quality shirt at this price but it’s a cheap $5 shirt at best.
Absolutely horrid product. I ordered 4 shirts from the website. I was really excited for this because I'm a huge fan of the Dragon Ball series. I didn't receive any tracking information, so I emailed them to check on it, they responded several days later to tell me "it will be shipped in two days, please be patient" So I waited for days and sent a follow up email asking for the update, another person responded and said that due to the amount to ship it will be longer (which I understood, I would have just liked an update) So after 6 weeks I finally received it. Opened the package up and upon first glance it looked good.... Then I tried them on. Just for reference, I am size medium. I checked all the sizing charts and decided on the large shirts so I had plenty of room to move (as I'm using these as gym shirts) The first shirt, the yellow one with a picture of Vegeta, the shirt cut into my neck and the arms are tiny. I checked the sizes using a string tape measure and it did not match the sizing chart. So this shirt was not as described. The second shirt, the grey one with a print on the back, was displayed a vibrant and clear to see during the day, it was a bland dark grey with an even darker grey print on the back. Barely visible. The third shirt, the purple Frieza shirt, was made out of a completely different material. This material was not displayed on the website and feels like a cheap wetsuit. The. Cut of the shirt feels like it's designed for short fat man who don't want to wear pants. The fourth shirt, the black one with a scribble design of ssgss Goku, I could not fault. I liked the design. And it fits perfectly. This is where I am upset. Not a single shirt cut is similar. I checked the tags of the shirts and two of them are the same brand, but the yellow and purple shirt are different brands and cuts. So why even bother having a sizing chart if every shirt is different, regardless of size? So I decided to email.and request an exchange, to give the business the benefit of the doubt so in case it was just a manufacturer error. But they refused to follow their return policy and kept telling me that I was required to pay shipping. I sent them the information found on their website stating that I'm not required to pay. They then returned the email by offering me $8usd to compensate for the product but I'm still required to return the items at my own cost. This continued for 75 emails back and forward, some taking days to respond and multiple emails to get a response. Each email was met with no acknowledgement to my issues and just returned with "we will offer a refund of $xx do you agree?" Each time I said no, and stated I would only want an exchange. Which they ignored and created excuses, saying the cost of the return is expensive. Which isn't my problem because I should have received what I paid for. So I started to get their attention by commenting on their social pages and messaging them directly. Finally I got a response on their socials, and then another staff member emailed me, said they take no responsibility and said if I have a problem with the clothing I'm required to go and take it to a laboratory to get the clothing tested. Now they are no longer responding. And they're deleting my comments on their posts as quickly as I post them. I won't stop until I get what I'm entitled. Send me the damn return slip because I won't support a business that sells sub-par product and won't honour their own bloody policy. I'm happy to publish the entire email chain (obviously hiding personal details) and showing the exact products I purchased.
Poor customer service Legally states that they have a quick response time but choose to ignore you for weeks Quality is a 4/10 compared to what is shown and completely different to what they arrive Product isnt the same and they dont seek to help but just ignore, i have been waiting for nearly 2 months for a simple response
I really like the products of the store. The prints on the t-shirts look exactly as shown in the images and the quality of the fabric is pretty good. I would say that you get more than what you pay for.
