The original dress was exceptionally small, even though I met all the size dimensions. I actually got stuck in the dress and need assistance to get it off. I contacted customer service, they promptly sent me a larger sized. (after a few questions about my physical dimensions and weight.) The fabrics are generally superior to what I have found in Macys or Dillards. Overall, the customer service has been much better than most. The care instructions need to be followed as some of the clothes have not been constructed with color fast dyes.

I have ordered numerous times from this company and this time the style I ordered ran small. They agreed to send me a size M. When ordering online without the option to try on, very important to be able to exchange a size

I ordered a beautiful coat. Shipping was faster than expected. The coat was absolutely stunning. However, it ran very small. I emailed the company and they have responded quickly requesting my measurements and details of where the coast ran small. After receiving my details, they promptly responded , requested that I leave this review and they will send larger coat. Fingers crossed that my replacement fits well because the coat is stunning!

Quick and kind response and, although they didn't want to refund me for returns - instead they asked me to pick new items, but did exchange a size for no additional charge - the product is very fun, with great fit and quality. I'm happy to have spent as much as I did, and will come back.

This company is NOT REAL. They use a legitimate shipping company to create tracking numbers but the company is fraudulent. I tried to correspond with their 'customer service' which is an extention of the fraud. When I finally spoke with the shipping company they explained it was a tracking number that was not associated with an actual package. Avoid!!!

Oyrosy is a company that has no integrity. They weren't able to honour my purchases for over US$600 and only offered an exchange rather than a refund. Despite several requests for them to do so they have remained silent on this. Fortunately I paid through PayPal who are supporting the dispute. Although the website looks great (as if it is American), they operate out of China and do not adhere to American or European standards. I would not recommend this company at all. Incidentally, when they reply in fake apology for the purposes of saving public face on this review page and ask you to contact them via email to resolve the matter, they are not disclosing that this is precisely what you have been doing (a number of times) with no favourable response. Please look at the ratio of favourable 5 stars (are they all legitimate?) to the number of 1 star reviews on this site for this company and you will see a consistent lack of customer care confirmed.

Having previously made a review to say the product I received was nothing like the pictures I followed up with the online support as suggested. I was offered a 50% discount if I kept the goods or if I wanted a full refund I would have to send the goods back to China at my cost. When I advised that the sale of these goods is breaking the consumer act of 2015 I was told they had actioned a full refund which I would receive in 48 hours. I have NOT received the refund so will now have to take this further. Please avoid his company at all costs

Finally got my dresses - Happy, Dresse as Advertised
finally got my dresses, and I am happy with them - exactly as advertised. One start down for slow shipping. And on one of my orders I got no email confirmation at all - so I was figuring I would never get it- and it came the same day as the dress I ordered 10 days previous. Go figure. I suspect Oyrosy will figure out some process flow stuff - just be patient. My 1st dress shipped from China - not sure on the 2nd.

This is a scam, the quality of the clothes is bad, the prices are high and what they advertise is nothing like what you receive. They won't give you a RA or an address to send the items back for a refund.

I keep getting the run around. I sent the pics that were asked of me. The item has never born worn, gave my reasons for return and I’m getting the same emails over and over again. I need the return address and a full refund because I’m not satisfied with the item nor the customer service, support whatever you desire to call it. I don’t want my return time to run out and they use that as an excuse. Also, the item was shipped in a prior used package for shipping. What in the World??? That says a whole lot.

OYROSY is a complete scam! My $130 dress looked nothing like the picture. For days I went through constant communication with them asking for a refund which on their website was described as "easy returns" -- nothing was easy about it. I filed a complaint with PAYPAL and it was settled in my favor giving me a complete refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
