I really enjoy shopping on Oyrosy as the clothing is of good quality and fit although you should look at the size chart when ordering from here. I have ordered several times already and I will continue to order from them! Great style and no problem with shipping or delivery. Terrible . In the process of returning an item . I have contacted my credit card company because they made it clear they wont honor their return policy.

I ordered a velvet pantsuit for a gala and to my surprise, the outfit was as shown on the website. It was beautiful and the quality and craftsmanship was exceptional. I received so many compliments that evening.

I placed an order and immediately regreted it and tried to get a refund. Nowhere on the website is this possible. I wrote to them. They proceeded over the next 5 days to stall. First they offered me $30 off, The coupons, then they promised to work it out and did I really want a refund? On day 5 of back and forth I got a message: OOPS your order has shipped there is nothing we can do about it.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE. Incredibly unethical business. Ordered a dress. Received the dress and I don’t like the fit. Their website states I can return item. I’ve emailed them at support over 5 times. They keep asking me the same thing. To send photos and pick a replacement. I DONT’WANT A REPLACEMENT. SEND ME A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. I WANT A FULL REFUND. Total scam of a company.

I order online very often and while it took a few tries, I was able to get a refund for a jumpsuit that was too large on me. I am glad they were able to resolve this for me.

This company was reluctant to send a refund for my purchase. They prefer for you to pick another item with free shipping instead. The item I ordered did not fit me and the style and color was not what I expected. Plan ahead since the order takes a while to reach you. On a positive note, they did finally refund my money.

My first order had a issue with sizing and I reached out for a refund. I heard back from their customer service right away and they offered to make things right by sending another size. I did not like the cut on the outfit and they offered for me to order something entirely new of equal value.

Can't fault Oyrosy so far, I hope it continues as some of the clothes are lovely
I've purchased five items from OYROSY, and three I've been very happy with the quality. And especially as a taller person, their sizes are true to life and fit the taller, longer armed, frame. I'm a UK size 14 and so tend to order L or X-L depending on what it is.
One item I ordered never arrived and I was refunded in full. And the other one, looked nothing like the photos and they apologised and asked if I would prefer to have a full refund or accept a 60% refund and keep the item which I did, as it was a pair of baggy jeans, so while comfortable, was not what I expected to arrive. So now I use them as slouching around trousers.
However, I do think their customer support while a little slow, is actually very good.
But you have to be prepared to wait for weeks to delivery to the UK. So don't expect quick delivery on anything.
I have always been very sceptical of some of these online shops popping up on FB with the AI model photos. But so far, I've actually been impressed with the quality and sizing, especially the longer cut of the items I have purchase so far.
So while I will only purchase items from here that really catch my eye, rather than be a regular customer, so far, I can't fault it.

Well, I will start with saying they are an amazing group of people .. I have had several problems . Each problem was resolved with no hesitation.. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Oyrosy. The service is excellent, and questions were answered immediately. When there was a transport issue that was not caused by Oyrosy, my items were replaced immediately. And all communication was extremely friendly and courteous. I cannot understand the negative reviews at all.

The customer service people are great and accommodating. The navy 2 piece set I got, the bottom pleats were large and unflattering but the shirt was a nice fit.
