Wrong paddle size sent.
I ordered a 16mm paddle and a 14mm was sent. I needed it to be used today but now I don’t have a paddle. So your mistake cost me the ability to play in a tournament. I’m very upset by your mistake. I want a refund.

Shipping is the worst I have seen in the paddle buisness. Seems mine went from IL. to Los Angeles and still has not made it to Houston. No word from the company about this problem.
