Good for understanding upgrades prompts.
I was curious how apps push users to upgrade without being annoying. Page flows showed a range of approaches some subtle, some aggressive. Definitely learned what feels okay vs pushy.

I was not completely sure what to expect at first, but Page Flows ended up being more useful than I thought. Scammy trial period
I canceled my subscription within the 3-day trial period, but I was still charged for a full 3-month subscription and my refund request was denied. On top of that, my access has now been deactivated.
This left me in an unacceptable position: Pageflows have kept my money and also cut off the service I paid for.

Our product team started using Page Flows during a redesign project, and it quickly became a go-to reference. The ability to study real app interactions is extremely useful. Sometimes I wish the search could go a bit deeper by industry. Overall though, it’s a very practical research tool.

Don't follow their own terms of service & refund when requested.
I created an account with the three-day trial and, and unintended, I forgot about the three days. On the fourth day, I was charged for three months of service, which is already a mind-boggling amount of time for a service.
I emailed them immediately requesting a refund, which, according to their terms of service, you may do within seven days of your charge or first use of the site, which I was well within. After 11 days of emails back and forth, I still have yet to receive a refund, even with me providing my documentation of purchase and a copy of their terms of service showing their refund policy.
It got to the point where I told them that if they didn't issue the refund, I would go and inform the public of this, and they had yet to reply to me in more than 48 hours. So here we are.

I’ve used Page Flows to map out welcome flows and pricing page strategies. Most of the content is really solid, though I did notice some categories haven’t been updated lately. Still totally worth it for brainstorming sessions.
