Misleading Trial Offer & Disappointing Support
I signed up because the website prominently advertised “Try 3 Days”, which led me to believe I could evaluate the product before committing to a subscription.
After realizing the service wasn’t a good fit for my workflow, I contacted support almost immediately and requested a refund, having barely used the platform.
Unfortunately, despite initially saying my case would be reviewed by the billing team, I ultimately received a generic response quoting the refund policy without addressing my concerns about the misleading “Try 3 Days” messaging.
The product itself is decent, but the customer experience left me disappointed. I would encourage anyone considering a subscription to carefully review the billing terms before signing up.

Customer Support is ghosting me
Customer Support is ghosting me for over a week now. Though I have asked for two documents regarding billing, the support team does not answer at all. They wont send any invoices though I have asked for a couple of times now. I would highly not recommend this service for business accounts.

Sign Up, billing and support experience
I signed up for PageFlows and paid for a full year plan, but was unable to access my account from day one due to a typo in my registration email - an error that occurred because of bad user experience, and technical setup: credit card details are requested directly - but never charge a card until the email is confirmed. This single change would have prevented this entire case; no verified login, no charge.
What followed was a support process spanning several weeks, with each reply feeling like a copy-paste template rather than an actual resolution. Every response promised escalation to a "technical team," but there was never a specific person or manager I could reach, and no real accountability for the delay.
Despite explicitly stating in writing that I did not authorize further payment while the account was inaccessible, a charge was still processed - but I also could not locate an invoice for this transaction in my account in Stripe.
